We provide the buyer with a certificate of warranty for the goods purchased in our shops, which pursuant to the in force laws certifies the gold grade and piece weight. Each piece of jewellery is marked with the grade 585 (14kt) or 750 (18kt), and our warranty mark. Silver jewelleries bear the grade mark 925, and also our warranty mark.

Delivery of ordered goods may take between 7 and 21 days. We will contact the buyer either by phone or by e-mail in order to provide information on the delivery date.
